What's the purpose of the weapon handling change?

Real, why? So default weapons are better but attachments are now worse...so is this just a play to make the experience better for new/returning players in S1 and a middle finger to those of us that ...

Yes - there's literally no reason for anyone to use a DMR - they just don't have a clear niche.

Dmr guns are at the moment terrible and using the scar with a long barrel in single fire mode is far superior and it really shouldn’t be the case.
