Gaming PC arrived and fully set up
Never did this before so new.
Where do i go to buy and install bf2042 (steam, origin, etc? I dont know) and will it prompt me to link account to EA/Origin or would i have to do that manually? If latter, how do i do it. Really important to link so i dont lose progress, cosmetics, etc

If you bought it through EA/Origin, I believe if you open the EA/Origin app you can do it all from there.

i'd suggest you buy it on steam - you can easily request a refund if you don't like the game (you must have less than 10 hours of playtime i think)

buy it on steam that way you can refund it easy if you dont go over the 2 hour game play time.
the biggest difference is steam has tons of games you can purchase or d/l for free to play.
orgin just has EA games. and i have never tried to refund on there but i hear its no bueno.
A @Metal_Daryl97 suggested you get a 10 hour trial period, if you don't like it you can get a refund. With EA/Origins you can't get a refund.

Oh I thought it was 10 but maybe it is only 2 hrs.

There are multiple places to buy the game. Looks like EA/Origin, Steam, and even Epic. You will need to download the respective client and then you can purchase it from there and then download the game.
