You've not bought a new car recently then? A 6 month wait for your new car is the norm in 2022.
Most people are either playing or not and does not come here to post anything. Those that do are the ones that care. Also some trolls of course, but hey, this is the internet.
We do need players that care. My wish is that we can deliver our feedback with less toxicity and entitlement.
Also a willingness to move forward from existing games. When bf2 was released it was a huge step up from bf1942. Are we done now? Bf4 was perfection and cannot be improved? Of course not.
For example: It feels like a lot of players discarded specialists and free loadouts before they even tried it and are now locked in their opinion. The devs put a lot of thought into this change, perhaps more than previous changes to classes up through the franchise's installments. We should consider it and try it out and try to make it work… then it might end up with that it was a wrong turn and we should revert to more strict loadouts and classes, but we don’t know that yet. We are all still noobs playing this game and will be for months still.
So stop whining and bashing, but keep reporting bugs and engage in discussions about the way forward.

Players care when they are blatantly ripped off from content promised.
The devs but no effort into the specialists just copied and pasted stuff.
The cheesy lines the specialists spout is aimed 10 year olds at most.
A tornado that does not damage anything does not change the map which it should of course.
I see you bring troll word in as some do not agree with your views. DICE/EA have already stated they have moved onto the next game a hero shooter.- @Kona_uk If it was actually broken, I would not be ok. But I loaded into the game and played it on day 1, or some days before as I got early access. There were bugs and glitches but none of it gamebreaking. There might have been some for other platforms, but for me on pc, it worked out if the box. Ie not broken.
My use of troll was meant to describe the people who are not constructive at all and impolite and rude in there postings. Not the ones with different opinions than me. As I wrote, we need to discuss the problems we see so that ea dice become aware of them. This can be done in a nice way, not being rude and not bashing the devs and I’m happy to do that.
You have no idea of the effort behind implementing specialists and what considerations that were taken before doing so apart from what they explained in some prelaunch interview. They may have copied the idea of specialists from other games, but they didn’t copy the implementation of them.
I fully agree that the cheesy end of round lines are bad. It is one of the big problems I have with the game at this point as it is totally disconnected from the atmosphere of the game. I hope they do something with it.
And I wish there was more destruction going around in general and certainly from the tornado. A wasteland would be nice. On the other hand they learned from bfbc2 that there can be too much destruction and a balance must be found. Personally I think there is less destruction due to its toll on networking with 128 players and cpu resources. What would be acceptable minimum requirements to run the game? Would I want 64 players and smaller maps in order to have more destruction? I dunno.. maybe.
Your last sentence I didn’t understand. Have I missed some announcement from dice?@mesterKGEA have already pulled most devs from bf2042 this is why new people have been bought in.
This happens on every game release they do not hang around.
New staff have no imput on current game they have been hired to deal with the next round of game's.
You really do not think that all of them are hard at work on BF2042 still?
Unless they started from scratch this free to play game that cost full price is dead. The map designs are barren and buildings are empty
All EA is focused on now is selling you a $20 blue helicopter etc.
Imagine how dull the season pass is going to be + the grind too try and get a few extra sales to force some to have to pay to finish it.
If they had any good will left in them EA would do a Halo and let season passes not have a time limit. Also maybe apply a discount to those who pre ordered the game and were lied to by giving them at least 30% off next BF title as bf2042 is alot cheaper now.
