But it still takes time to get in a game. Sometimes the game loads, then goes into lobby again.
I would say my average waiting time is 2,5 minutes, not including loading.

I can't see any reason why the phyisical media your game is stored on or your internet speed would make any difference to finding a game. I have the game on an M.2 SSD and 480mbps connection. Even after midnight in the UK I was still finding full games within 20 seconds.
Personally, I'd be tempted to file a support request (and maybe start a thread to see if it's happening to other people) if these problems were happening to me.
Are you playing in a party? I've not recently been able to check finding a game with a party of 4 recently as my friends are on various holidays. Parties of two players (UK and China; UK and Germany) are fine, with games taking.
Are you switching crossplay off? Are you trying to play 128 player or 64 player games?
