Why is there no Death Casper skin in the event rerun?

One of the highlight skins of the original Battle of Nordvik run was Casper's Death skin. It's easily one of his best skins of all. Why is it not back for the rerun?? Instead we got essentially a dup...

There are even more times than these 6 (six!) instances that it's advertised, but posts are limited to 3 images each so I'll leave it at these blatant ones.

Just bumping this because it makes no sense. Sick of investing any kind of money into the game when completely inexplicable choices are made like this. They can't even milk their monetization correctly. This is how you lose paying customers, DICE.
