Why nobody seems to give out orders when requested?

@Estynytapa_HaikuThey pretty much ignored any squad based gameplay in this game.

BF5 had a great way to promote squad play, had an actual system in place to remove back squad leaders and promoted objective play to earn points to use to call ins.

2042 has none of that.

You don't get points for taking flags as a squad, you don't get "Order fulfilled" XP, you don't see any orders in the first place
