Will Battlefield 2042 be playable with a mouse and keyboard on Xbox series S?

    Hey all, I've gone ahead and locked this thread as it is going nowhere good.

Hey @Acheul I am not aware of any plans for the game to support mouse + keyboard in console.

That’s really a shame, I played most if not all of the Battlefield games, moved over to Xbox Series S and started playing Call of Duty because its KBM compatible and its such a great game. I really think COD got it right to make it KBM compatible you just have so much more players that prefer to play with KBM rather than with a console. I really hope that they will bring this into the new Battlefield.

    @Acheul How is it a shame it's not an even playing field, look at all the cheaters and hackers in warzone and cod too. Yeah it makes it sooo much better for console players that can't react with the speed and accuracy of a m&k, and so much more players? more like a small minority that's on the wrong platform.

      At the end of the day its your choice right, you could play with a console or if you prefer you could play with KBM. To my understanding you cannot cheat on the console, it’s only the PC players that currently have the ability to cheat.

        @Acheul You can easily do a search on YT and find that it's not only on PC, the xim and cronus allow players to eliminate recoil and adjust the fire rate of weapons when they fire like a semi auto weapon becomes full auto, and you CAN plug a m&k into that with it being on a console as well as any type of controller. Why can't you just play fair and on an even playing field like everyone else using controllers? You know full well it's not the same level playing field with reaction times and accuracy.
