2042 not opening

I have been trying for two days to get 2042 to launch and am out of ideas. Keep getting “we’ve noticed your computer is offline. To activate game on computer using ea account you must be connected to internet” error message. Yes internet is working and my ea subscription is active, everything is updated, already deleted and re downloaded both apps
