You're not alone my friend. Have had the exact same issue and been working on it for 6 hours with no headway. I'd argue I've done even more troubleshooting steps since I'm on PC. Found a thread from a couple of years ago that this is an internal account issue and EA support HAS to help. The person who wrote it at the time got no where with emailing support and had to talk to them through live support chat. Been looking for an hour and it doesn't look like there is any live support chat to help. If I'm incorrect about that, please give me a link and I stand corrected

I appreciate the help. This chat link brings you to steps to "access the chats". The information provided here may no longer be accurate. It advises you to access support for your EA account, rather than troubleshooting. Once you access EA account it says to "see all topics", and then "I want to update my EA Account information.", which would then provide you the link to begin your live chat. Once you get there, the User Interface does not reflect this. There are no "see all topics" or "I want to update my EA Account information". If there is any way to live chat, it's seemingly purposely buried in the obscure UI more than likely to curb a high volume of issues being poured onto the live chat support agents.
