Here's another civilian AI I found: S. Cooper. That AI soldier has no rank.
There's no rank shown in both the kill feed and the Squad and Players list.
In the exact same match, an "O. Walker" had no rank, while an "A. Walker" had the rank of Warrant Officer.
So, the no rank bug may be tied to something besides the last name.
In the same match, you can find that "S. Uchil" and "A. Kavazov" also don't have ranks.
The interesting additional bit of info/insight is twofold:
1. The lack of ranks seem to be an issue exclusively to the AI soldiers on the US faction.
2. I'm unsure if Kavazov is a Russian last name. If it is, then that is another bug as a soldier from the Russian faction is on the US side. From what I've looked up briefly, it appears that Kavazov is most popular in Bulgaria, so perhaps it's correct. And, of course, Russians with that last name can be American. So the issue is more of the rank that's missing.
I discovered that the no rank AI soldiers are all employees at EA DICE, so this is not a bug but rather an Easter Egg!
