All of my T1 progression has siezed to progress

All of my T1 progression has siezed to progress. I am working on the T28 and Dozer's Ballistic Shield mastery and no matter what game mode I am in I can not get any higher to the next tier. Ive tried...

    @FPSDSlayer, thanks for the info. I believe that the Support indeed unfortunately can't help with this, as your specific issue involves T1 progression, which are the skins and badges etc., no specific guns/vehicles/attachments (where this thread is specifically about). Nevertheless, I have passed the issue on to the teams for investigation.

    I also decoupled your report from the other thread, to avoid any potential derailing.

Thanks for commenting back so quickly. Sadly I just tried tonight and still nothing is counting. I even tried different guns, operators etc and nothing. 

I did try and contact EA Help and they basically told me they cant do anything since its a bug.
