Anti Cheat Error

I was playing the game this morning then I closed the game but did not even shut the pc down. Couple of hours later wanted to op on again and when I tried to open the game it indicated that the game couldn't start because EasyAntiCheat was open. I checked, but it wasn't open. Then I even deleted it(yes I am sure it is deleted) yet it still gives me the same error but it also gives error code (7) (3).I tried reinstalling ea anti cheat, closed everything from command center played with things in services reintalled cache of ea app and repaired it as well.
