Battle Pass Season 19 Bug

I bought the battle pass and got to the third level, received the items I was supposed to get. I’ve played plenty of games and my personal level is going up but my battle pass level has not moved at all. Was wondering if anyone else is having this problem I play on xbox if that makes a difference.
