Still having this issue. Noted that it is also an issue whenever a character is present in the post-match screens.

Note Performance Overlay stats in top right corner and the virtually non-existent GPU or CPU utilisation when in menu.

    I've found that toggling between DLSS settings fixes this for at least a while, and then it will randomly drop again, another toggle fixes it again, etc.
