What fixed it for me after exhausting EVERY option I could find was simply updating my BIOS via USB. That worked like a charm!! Spent over 48hrs trying to fix it beforehand. Hope this helps! I also have an MSI Pro Z790-P Wifi

glad it worked for you... won't for me... I've been through bios upgrades before. even downgraded and it helped nothing.
