What fixed it for me after exhausting EVERY option I could find was simply updating my BIOS via USB. That worked like a charm!! Spent over 48hrs trying to fix it beforehand. Hope this helps! I also have an MSI Pro Z790-P Wifi

Download and use WhoCrashed (HOME EDITION)
Check if ya can find any issues and investigate them !

Also make sure the memory at youre system is in the QVL from your motherboard/cpu.
Run without any XMP setting first to check if that solves any issues.

Flash latest version of youre motherboard BIOS.
Sometimes after flash latest bios , ya need to do a cmos (bios) reset.
This is mostly done by connecting two pins at your motherboard for serveral seconds (make sure any power cable is disconnected from system) <> check manual !!
