Also disable Nvidia Geforce Experience overlay. So when you start up the game it freezes instantly? Can you go into settings? If you can make sure you lower your graphic settings, Motion blur = 0, Chromatic aberration = off, Vignette = off, DLSS = off, Future frame rendering = off, Vertical sync = off. If graphic settings are on ultra lower them to high, set Effects quality = Medium, Post process quality = Medium, Anti Aliasing Post processing = TAA LOW, Ambiant Occlusion = off.
Disable HDR = Go to C:\Users\<YourUsername>\Documents\Battlefield 2042\settings\ , Locate the file named PROFSAVE_profile, Right-click on PROFSAVE_profile and select Open with Notepad, Search for the line containing "GstRender.Hdr" (you can use Ctrl + F to find it) Change the value to 0 so that it reads: GstRender.Hdr 0. Given that bf2042 is the only game that crashes, and crashes happen at launch or during graphics heavy scenes, the issue is very likely grafics related. The overlays (very important that you disable them) can cause crashes or instability because they inject code into the game process to display things like fps, notifications, or recording tools.
The game still looks crisp and will feel way smoother, well in your case, you will be able to play the game : ) Don't think about the other games running well, i had the same issue, bf2042 is the only game that crashed and i had GPU hang issues.
What's your GPU? Be sure to let know if any of this helped. We will fix this ; )
Thank you for the info sir, my graphics card is intel arc a750 LE 8gb, I forgot to mention that before this freeze happens about August 28 I think, I accidentally push the button windows on my keyboard during loading the game bf2042 and then bam is starts to freeze, but I think it's not the main cause because I reformat my pc and the outcome still the same, good day sir ☺

Hi Dellon2060
I'm sorry for the problem you encountered.
That's very strange. Normally, the advice that IamSharkx gave you should solve the problem.
Can look at your windows event log and tell if you see an error after launching your game.To open it just tap "event" in the Windows search bar and open it. Go in "Windows logs" > "Application". If you see an error, send me a screenshot of it.
(You need to launch the game before, to see the last error)Let us know 😃

Are you on two devices? In your original DxDiag it says you run a RTX 4070, while in a later post with DxDiag it says Intel Arc A750 LE 8gb? Is the A750 system from your DXDiag a laptop?
Your RTX 4070 12 GB is the better GPU, while your A750 8 GB only just meets the minimum requirements for BF2042. RTX 4070 system has HDR unsupported = more stable and you do not have to go disable it, if you keep your A750 (which you shouldn't if you have the choice) definitely go disable HDR and be sure to lower your graphic settings as I explained in the previous post.
Based on your A750 DxDiag you should update Windows, update graphics/audio/chipset drivers, repair or reinstall .NET Framework, update or remove ASUS DriverHub and Armoury Crate, update Reaper and Superior Drummer, verify game files, and make sure all required runtimes are installed.

Uninstall what you do not use, update what you use. Be sure to disable HDR and lower your graphic settings. Also having a high end computer like you have i would recommend you getting a more power full GPU. Be sure to do all the steps we talked about, also disabling all the overlay's, everything is important. Let us know if it worked, GG's
