Battlefield 2042 keeps freezing on loading screen :(

Battlefield 2042 keeps freezing on loading screen before entering the game after i updated my windows update august  28, 2025 and september 9, 2025 u reformat my pc still the same issue, :( please he...

I'm sorry for the problem you encountered.
That's very strange. Normally, the advice that IamSharkx​  gave you should solve the problem.

Can look at your windows event log and tell if you see an error after launching your game.To open it just tap "event" in the Windows search bar and open it. Go in "Windows logs" > "Application". If you see an error, send me a screenshot of it. 
(You need to launch the game before, to see the last error)
