I'm sorry for the problem you encountered.
That's very strange. Normally, the advice that IamSharkx gave you should solve the problem.
Can look at your windows event log and tell if you see an error after launching your game.To open it just tap "event" in the Windows search bar and open it. Go in "Windows logs" > "Application". If you see an error, send me a screenshot of it.
(You need to launch the game before, to see the last error)

hello sir this is error that ive encounter huhu, so much conflict in my pc system :(
l also have the same problem lhave the same license plate as you the game does not start
thank you sir, i manage to play one or two rounds but after next round it suddenly freezes as well as my pc system and i will restart my pc again huhu :(
