How has EA not fixed this bug yet. Match making on ps5 does not work. The only way to get any kind of game is to go cross platform and even then it glitches. This has been 2 weeks already.
Does EA even intend to fix it or are they trying to force people into buying 6???
Please fix ASAP.

Well first just use cross play. Never in my life have I gotten a match with it off. Second, this has been nearly 3 months. Not two weeks. My case have 3 accounts for various reasons and original never had the issue, 2 always (but random times it was fine) and 3 which came later was unaffected until this week. You’re right, how have they not fixed this? Even worse, it’s been nearly 3 months.
Sorry you are wrong..I never use cross play, there is a bunch of people who don't and we always get matches. ALWAYS. this issue has only been going on about 3 weeks and we can't get a match at all. But even on cross play it doesn't work, it doesn't put in AI to fill the teams, the scoring doesn't work..this problem is very recent but I can't believe they haven't fixed it.
Currently, I can only play occasionally. Most of my time is spent trying to find an available match or dealing with the recurring black screen error
I can comfirm to you this issue is 3 months in the making and it has only grown to effect more players than originally. I have dated cases with EA Help. Also, yes your region may have a higher number of players and in mine its often hard to get 16 players for Breakthrough with crossplay on. However if I use a vpn to search matches on the opposite US coast, I can get matches with no bots at all. But the main issue has nothing to do with crossplay. Even off, at 2 minutes searching the game will load me into a match where I am the only one and wait for others. However it doesnt get to this point anymore cause once the screen goes black after saying the map, we dont get into the big map and mode display. So switching between the two hasnt confirmed whether you are resolving the problem by having crossplay on, youre just having more luck than most retrying and landing a few matches after black screen and crossplay on/off is mostly coincidental. I say that because 4 weeks ago I could play one match and be fine as long as I stayed and didnt return to menu for another or take a break. If I did the issue persisted for hours until roughly 7-8pm at night consistently for about a week. I have tested dozens of variables and theres another post marked as "solved" (which of course it isnt) that shows all the testing I had done, including using 2 other accounts where 2 of 3 would have the bug and 1 did not until this last week, all on the same device and settings, network etc.
Still not fixed! Useless, and please dont go and but BF 6 as its just a call of duty vince zampellla type game no where near as good as other BF games
