Just downloaded Battlefield 2042 via EA Play since I purchased Xbox Game Pass. Waited about 2 hours for it to install, and I can't even play 10 minutes before the game freezes for a few seconds, then reverts me back to the home page. I've tried to play twice within the past 30 min, and haven't even been able to complete a match. Is there any fix for this? This is very frustrating given the amount of time I waited for install

Community Manager@EA_Leeuw Correct. I've been seeing multiple posts with people having the same issue. But no one has given a solution to this issue, EA reps just keep asking the same questions in a different format. I tried playing last night and the problem got worse to where the whole console will just turn itself off. Was able to play maybe 10 minutes at most, then the game would freeze and a few seconds later, the console will turn off.
