Battlefield endlessly trying to connect, unplayable on ps5

Ive been trying to get on with a friend for a couple hours now, and all it says is "connecting to online services". Ive tried to restart my console, switch dns and reset and open, reset my router, disconect from wifi, and reset my console, and just sit there and keep trying, even tried to restore my license. All it says is "Unable to load persistence data". I've deleted the game, and I'm now re-downloading it. If there's anything I can do to fix this issue, it'd be very appreciated.

  • You could try deleting the Battlefield 2042 save file on PS5 console. This will reset all game settings to default. You might want to back it up first in case you want to restore the save file if it doesn't fix the issue.
