Thanks for the DXDIAG report and steps you've taken.
It looks like you need to disable your on-board graphics (in BIOS).
Thanks for that but unfortunately it did not work. The situation now is that every time after I attempt to launch the game, it fails, and when I check the file integrity, it tells me that there are 3 files missing. However, even having the 3 missing files reacquired wouldn't help. After another attempt and check again, the files are still missing. It seems like the files are auto deleted somehow.

"check the file integrity" - What are you using for this? In which folder do you believe files are missing?
Please attach a new DXDIAG report.

@DarthFDG As for the file checking part, I was using the steam "check file integrity" function so I can't tell which files are missing and which exact folder they are at.
And @DMGG1994, as for your post, I appreciate your kind help but the overall exploit protection (CFG) of my laptop is already off and I have 16G RAM plus 16384MB virtual memory set, so that post didn't really help.
I don't have my laptop by my side right now, so I'll have the DXDIAG.txt uploaded sometime tomorrow. Thanks.
