Black screen and backround music after finishing game of conquest

I have played two games of conquest tonight. At the end of the round the screen went black with backround music and nothing happened. I left it for 10min. Manually shut down my xbox one and restarted...

@toshbg Its not happened to me for some time now. Are you still experiancing it? I am on Xbox One.

yes it just happened to my teammate in party at least 5 times in 2 days
