Can't exit Full Map w/ Full Map key; Zoom map key does nothing

Summarize your bug In order to exit out of full map, you must press ESC instead of pressing the full map key again. I binded my full map key to Mouse 4, and I'm forced to press ESC instead of Mouse 4 again. Also, this is related but not directly... but the map zoom key doesn't work either. I binded the zoom key on all units (e.g. vehicles, foot, etc.) to the "M" key instead of the "N" key.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into a game. Press the full map key to pull up the full map. Press the full map key to exit. Also... press the zoom map key.
What happens when the bug occurs? You can't exit the full map by pressing the full map key again. You must press the ESC key to do so. Zoom map key doesn't work at all. If it works with the default keys, try again after rebinding the keys.
What should be happening instead? You should be able to exit the full map with the full map key, and zoom map key should work with whatever you bind it to or the default key.
