Chat Typing Lag (1st letter omitted) + Console Key

1) Often times when I press K to chat to the team on PC, it cuts off the very first letter of the first word that I type. I believe that this is due to the chat prompt appearing a little too slowly. ...

@SterlingARCH3R What CPU are you running the game on?

I recently upgraded to a Ryzen 7 5800X from a Ryzen 5 3600 and that problem stopped happening.

I did also reinstall Windows 10 at the same time, so I can't be sure it's the new CPU. My 3600 was being run ragged though - I get >100fps at all times on the 5800X as opposed to capping out at 80-86 on the 3600.

@filthy_vegans I'm using an Intel i7-7700K that I purchased and installed sometime late last year.
