Coins purchase bug on PS5

I have just bought 5000 coins today and yet still no coins also had to unlink my ea account to Xbox so I can get back in the game as it crashed and put me in an infinite loading to server bs and guess what re linked it to same profile only to find my progress reset to 0 everything thanks fix ur crap 

Hi @RRYaNNisBEAST, if you remove your link to your Xbox account it removes your progresses. Never remove your Account links as troubleshooting step. We cant restore that progresses for you.

this is close to actual theft. i recently purchased the ps5 (already have the game for my xbox for a wile) wanted to have an edge since buying it fresh ment id start all over, purchased the 160$ version that stated id get with it a TON of in game currency with the nearly 200$ version of the game. i get through the initial multiplayer bot only game then when its time to get going i go to the store and i see i have a total currency of zero in game dollars… i thought wait mabye i didn’t get the 160$ version mabye i was confused but then went to the ps store recipes and saw i spend 160+ tax on said bundle yet im looking at a whopping ZERO dollars in game currency… so im sure this is just a “bug” but christ almighty, the game has been out for about what, two fkn years now and yall cant get this right? this is literally theft.
