EA shows me offline even if I am online

When I first started playing battlefield 2042 and set up my experiences my friends joined without issue.  Now when I try my friends do not see me online so they do not get the invites.  If I go in the EA app it shows me offline even though I am.  Now if I clear the cache and don't start BF2042 my friends can invite me, but I am unable to host any games now.   Anyone else experience this.  We are all on PC's

Many issues related to social tab/EA App currently and yes all of my friends are aware and experiencing this. You are definitely not alone and I am about to create a ticket on EA Help about it.
