The Elite Edition will only provide the items below, and some of them will require you to complete challenges in-game to unlock them, such as the weapons.

“Lost World” Epic Cosmetic Bundle* containing: Epic “Forsaken” Rao Specialist Set, Epic “Starved Vulture” Vehicle Skin, Epic “Banisher” Weapon Skin
Probably the easiest way of seeing if you have any of the content is to check the cosmetics for Rao and seeing if the "Forsaken" set is there. Do that appear for you?
