Error loading battlefield 2042

Had game for about a week now and still can't access it past the set up screen. Keeps telling me there's and error..

Unable to load persistence data. Game will return to menu. Please check Internet connection.. error code 15-7A.

Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia. 1:30pm.

    I had this once or twice as well a while ago.

    I just completely closed the application and turned Off/On my PS5 (your platform) did another connection test with my internet.

    Started the application again and it worked. 

    There might been some server issues at this time.

    @Its_Travis_199There "might be" a server issue LMAO.......when hasn't there been a server issue? If my clients had a network issue this severe and consistent across multiple devices my team would be sleeping at their desks until it was fixed. Maybe you guys should have not relied so heavily on AWS and just used your own servers, but hey profits over quality is the EA motto these last 5-6 years.

    Now alot of us can't even log in at all.....even after a router reset, device cache clearing, uninstall/reinstall of the app, on and on.....
