False BAN....
HI.... ive just started playing this game on pc... played it on ps5 and thought i would enjoy it played a total of 13 games i think majority through the portal winding up with a whopping 29 hours play time..... while playing with my uncle and then simply booted to the main menu with a message on my account has been restricted from online play.... thank god i haven't paid for this game and got it through xbox game pass.....
would love for this to be resolved....

We can't help with bans here, unfortunately, as they're entirely handled by EA's Terms of Service team.

Generally speaking, ToS usually allow three appeals before they'll stop accepting them.
