Game Always Crashes since update #2

After entering a match, the game will crash after 1-5 minutes of play. I've tried playing a match ~5 times now, and each time the game crashed the same way. Details below.

I had no issues with crashes at all until the new patch today (update #2).

I've been replicating the crashing in Single Player/Co-Op Breakthrough Discarded. All matches I started crashed the same way - the game freezes for ~5 seconds, then the game exits completely and I end up back at my desktop.

Dxdiag.txt is attached. My GPU is using stock settings and not overclocked.
