Thanks for posting the DXDIAG reports. It's useful.
It shows that you may need to disable on-board graphics in BIOS. I'm not sure though, as I've found the Intel Iris Xe to be a bit elusive - some say it cannot be disabled. The point is you have to make sure your 4070 is truly being used.
The report also shows multiple issues in the Diagnostics section. Look into those. The issue with driver installation seems particularly problematic to me.
@DarthFDG So what should i do now? The nvidia drivers are perfectly installed and the cpu driver too
Not sure what "CPU driver" you are referring to - chipset maybe?
You did not say whether you disabled onboard graphics, as I suggested, so that's a start.
Also, there are multiple issues mentioned in the Diagnostics section of the report. Your resolved all of them?
