I get the same behavior plus some random errors here and there, and I can't even join any portal server.

CPU: Intel Core i5-11600K

RAM: 16GB of DDR4 4400 Mhz

GPU: Nvidia RTX 3060 Ti

GPU Driver: V496.49 10/26/2021
