i was also having this HDR problem, but i was able to fix it by recalibrating HDR from the Windows HDR calibrator. So im not sure if its Dice , windows or boths fault.
EDIT: After closing the game and reopening it the HDR issue returned, very strange. I guess if u want to fix this ATM you'll have to recalibrate your windows HDR every time u want to play the game until they come up with an actual fix.
@GrandadsRaisins Its not Dice (game) issue. Its an driver / windows issue !

Considering it happened when 4.2.0 released, and nothing else changed, it's clearly a game issue.
