This happened to me and I fixed it by reinstalling the game. Got permanently banned for no reason four hours later, but it fixed the anticheat error.

When this happened to me the troubleshooting steps didn't work and I had to uninstall and reinstall the game. After that it worked for like 4 hours til I got permanently banned for "cheating". This is happening to people daily and EA denies it is an issue.
Do you have any keyboard or mouse software loaded that has the ability to set Macro's?
Logitech G-Hub, Or Razor software for example?
If so, You need to exit those completely ( clicking the X top right won't close them but will instead minimize it to the system tray bottom right where the arrow pointing up is. )
If you click the arrow on the system tray to the bottom right of your taskbar, Right click the app and click exit and then try again.

EA Javelin Anticheat has detected an unacceptable configuration. Please ensure no cheat-related or tampering software is active and restart the game.
EA Javelin Anticheat will shut down the game and our services if you use cheat tools. Turning off or uninstalling conflicting software can help you get back in the game.
It appears there's software running on the PC that EA anticheat doesn't like. Try closing as many software apps as you can and see if that fixes it.
You wouldn't happen to be running any gamepad emulation software such as DS4Windows?

A screenshot of the error code might help us diagnose. Most EA anticheat errors can be solved by uninstalling and reinstalling EA anticheat.
