Yep I have started bailing on matches a lot too, it gets to be too much after a while.
It's like rolling the dice though, and if I feel like I have to do it more than a couple of times just trying to get a decent connection than I'll usually just say screw it and go do something else.
The fact they we're forced into this completely craptastic random matchmaking and have no control over where we play ping-wise just adds to the frustration.
And forget about actually getting to CHOOSE which map you want to play or not play.

Exactly how I feel too, life is too short to waste it jumping in and out of lobbies trying to get a playable server.
This should not be happening in a BF game in 2022.
After getting Hourglass 3 times in a row then getting this issue over and over again, I wonder what other options are out there. I like BF2042 when it's playing properly but this is hell to play.
