I cant unlock the a10/su25

I have surpassed the requirements to unlock both vehicles but It does not let me unlock. it isnt a short term thing i haven't been able to unlock it since both vehicles came out back in june-july 2022 this happened with me unlocking the Bradley when that originally came out but it resolved in a roughly a week. Both jets haven't resolved. im on windows 11
