I was mistakenly banned because I used a cloud gaming platform
Dear EA Support Team,
I’m writing politely to appeal my Battlefield 2042 account ban. I purchased the game legally and have never used any cheating software throughout my gameplay.
I only played through cloud gaming platform, and I believe the virtual environment of cloud service triggered a false positive from EAC anti-cheat which resulted in my unexpected ban.
I’ve attached screenshots including my game purchase record and cloud gaming usage receipts for your reference. Could you kindly help review my ban status? I would really appreciate your assistance to lift the wrongful restriction.

I'm sorry but bans and suspensions cannot be appealed or reviewed through these forums. If you haven't done so already, you should appeal to the ToS team. The guide below should explain how you can initiate the process.
