IThe game is showing error the ea app is not connected to net. Plz help me fix

When opening the game after the anti cheat. This image pop ups. 

And after logging in it shows that the ea is not connected to the internet plz help in fixing.

I tried all the fixes.

    Hey THENAMELESS1471​,

    It looks like your image didn't attach. Could you try sharing it again so I ahve a better idea of what the problem is?

    Also, you mention you "I tried all the fixes.". Could you be a bit more specific with what you've already tried?
