LOW FPS on Menu Screen
Hai , is this issue Known, I am getting Low FPS on Menu screen around 8-28 FPS and causes laging and shuttering......but in game runs ok, only when I activate the T to change load out it shutters aga...

i don't understand...can you please explain again ?
If you are on the menu and u have low fps, go to setting-display, change your monitor refresh rate to lower then actual, then set back to original.
In my case putting 250hz reffresh rate has much lower fps then 144hz refresh rate
Set in game setting, not in your monitor
