Low FPS/Stuttering Since Last Patch

I've been experiencing an issue where after about 2-3 minutes of play my FPS drops significantly and the game stutters and becomes totally unplayable. I've tried the following solutions: - Clearing ...

    @Lonehelljump3rOk I fixed it myself. After trying all the internet fixes (clearing cache, user.cfg file, process lasso, ect), updating bios, trying different gpus and ram kits. The fix is to reinstall a clean windows. Now I'm back at 4k ultra at around 140+ fps with zero stuttering.

@CableTongue After 1 week of troubleshooting i dont bother anymore. This game is just unplayable.

@ThrashTator88 Up until the latest patch I've had no problems at all with the game. I'm aware that others have had problems but for whatever reason mine didn't appear until recently.

    @CableTongue did ya try a cleanboot already ?

    reboot pc by a clean boot:

    Hide all Microsoft services, DISABLE (uncheck) ALL other processes, apps and services !

    Cleanboot is just a one time clean boot ! Next reboot all will be reset and a normal boot will be occure.
    Use msconfig to disable apps permanent each for new reboot.
    DISABLE ALL other processes, apps and services from booting with windows, check instructions below:
    Use the keyboard shortcut “Windows Key + R” and the “Run” window will open.
    In the text box, typ MSCONFIG and press Enter or OK and the MsConfig window will open".
    Select the tab STARTUP (select OPEN TASK MANAGER), and disable apps/programs by right click at them!
    Those disabled apps will no longer boot with Windows , till ya set them enabled again
