Summarize your bug After about 20-30 seconds will start to have large input issues. Both mouse and keyboard. Started happening aftering upgrading to windows 11. Will delay clicks on keyboard and slow mouse movement.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Install and play 2042 on windows 10, then upgrade to windows 11
What happens when the bug occurs? Inconsistent delayed input from keyboard and mouse.
What should be happening instead? Typical mouse and keyboard movement
Keyboard and mouse are both Logitech devices. Attempted to uninstall drivers. Turned off all in-game overlays. Nothing running in background. Performance mode and Game mode turned on in browser. Getting high FPS 120-170
