Minimap goes blank

Summarize your bug The minimap goes blank for a second or two before returning. The only thing visible on the minimap is your own icon. I thought it might be Blacso or something like that, but it has happened with no enemy in the area.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no clue. It is pretty random, but happens quite often.
What happens when the bug occurs? The minimap goes blank for all other players on the map for a few seconds.
What should be happening instead? The minimap should not go blank.

I have a fairly new bug that I am noticing more and more. For some reason, every so often, my minimap goes blank. So I can only see myself and no other player, friendly or enemy. I am not being jammed or hacked as it occurs with no enemy around me. See attached pic. Is anyone else experiencing this? No packet loss, ping of 26ms.

There are 2 players right in front of me but I can't see any of them on the minimap.

    Hey @Adamonic,

    Follow-up question: did you blur out the player names (in blue) in the kill feed yourself by any chance? Or was that already in-game like that?

    @EA_Leeuw I am color blind, but the default options don't work too well, so I have been trying different custom colors. However, the bloom on all text for me is terrible, even with default colors. I have no idea what setting is causing that, but I have had that for a long time too and just assumed it was the default bloom or shadowing on text.

    @EA_Leeuw the blinking is constant, 10 seconds on, 2 second off, 8 seconds on, 2 seconds off, then long periods with no blinking then back again.

    Minimap still blinking for me. It looks like I have two states, either no enemy is visible on the minimap, or nothing is visible on the minimap. I understand Blasco can block some spots, but it is hard to believe that the all enemies are protected by Blasco while we are fighting at an objective. 

    Then it blinks and the entire minimap goes blank. This is not the Blasco jamming effect, the minimap is just blank.

    This never occurred until this season (when Blasco was released).
