no response from ea/dice on twitter after multiple ways to communicate this. case on ea help keeps getting closed, reopened and agent gives generic script response despite request for escalation. video of the error occurring sent to battlefield comms twitter, tagged ea and dice, twice now. forum dm sent to EA Shepard with issue asking for help given the assistance with matchmaking error post. no response. error going on 10 days.
