PC Issues - Teleporting, no hits registering

Whenever I try to play Conquest on PC the game is horrible.

Enemy players start teleporting.  When they teleport, no hit is registered.  While shooting at static turrets, not all my hits are registered.

Even vehicles are teleporting like crazy.

When my character is running, it teleports back.

I see that the CPU usage is crazy high.  Makes no damn sense.  I have an i7-10700K.  My graphics card is Radeon RX 580 8GB.

Here you can see a little bit.  I tried to play 4 hours and the only thing that was remotely playable was Team Deathmatch.

    @EA_Atic What are you saying? If what is happening to you is a serious PC performance problem from the start of the game, which is not fixed yet. I have a $6000 PC and the BF5 works better

    This happens loads with me and I have a gigabit connection with 15 ms ping and I get no symbols of a connection error at all.

    Am running a 12600k with a 6700xt all up to date drivers and windows updates, I can be shooting certain people and they just freeze and seemingly teleport and sentry guns take zero damage.

    @emerson1975 Yeah, the freeze then teleport seems to be a cheat in my opinion. It is very obvious. I'm not talking about those cases at least.

    Just had a full stream playing on 128 and 64 with OBS, Discord, Edge, Chrome, CoreTemp and Task Manager.  No issues at all.

    I don't understand why this game is so unstable and irregular.

    For your info, the stats are:

    CPU Load: 65% MAX

    CPU Temp: 70 Celsius MAX

    I didn't get any Low FPS symbols.  Only latency on South American servers, which always suck for me.

    Yep I thought that because most of the times it’s just before I am about to kill them and the next thing they have froze and no hits register… seems the anti cheat is doing a great job looool.
