Where's even a reply???
2 + weeks of reporting and nothing!, no reply, no update, absolutely zero correspondence. Will definitely not be buying bf6 if this is the level of support the customers get.
Managed to get a reply here on another post. Nothing they can do here.
Suggested contact EA if you haven't done already. I contacted them a couple of days but more people contact the better.
