Hello, I own Battlefield 2042 and have Playstation Plus on PS5. When I press "X" on the main menu the screen goes white and in the top left corner I get an SSL connect error. I have attempted to login to the game like 10 times and this happens every time. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Hey there, so on New Year’s Eve I was able to play apex on my PS4. However when I logged on at about 1 am, I kept getting the cant connect to SSL message and then a white screen. I’m not sure what went wrong I tried to delete and reinstall the game but it still didn’t work so I’m unsure of what to do next.

Just tried to rebuild database and the problem is still there. This is for 2042. Game works fine with my other accounts. My main account gets this Error with the Error code WV-109156-2

@RogueKnight018 I turned off my console and unplugged the power cord from both sources. When I plugged it back up, and logged in, it connected. Try that my friend. Happy New Year

Hi, having trouble connecting to 2042 serves as I’m getting a white screen with the error code
appearing in the corner reading
Error: 0x00000023
SslError: 0x00000000
Ssl connect error
Apparently it’s occurring on FIFA and NFS games too.
my other accounts actually load battlefield but my main account does not.
Also getting a PS error code: WV-109156-2 which has no information online about what’s wrong.
