you have two options   check if you have a 12th gen   cpu if so its a drm issue with alder lake cpu  there is a fix called  legacy game compability mode  google it  need probably a newer bios for that option if not  then  you can try to  downclock the videocard just powertarget  from 100% to 90 %  = - 10% and gpu boost clock  from  1635  to 1585  = -50  that  made the game boot up again and  even  played without crashing be sure to save that  lower option  before you start playing  if you go back top default it will crash again !!!! so  save lowered settings and enable first before playing everytime !!

    so im able to play again with lowered  settings in gpu tweak aka downlclock the videocard a bit

    Just tried this with the same program GPU Tweak III and it allowed me to get into the game but then crashed on the opening loading screen with the plane connecting online.

    @d4rkestbeforelower the gpu boost clock -50 or a bit more and lower the power target to 90% so lower it 10%

    i still think the gpu boost clock is still to high it worked for me cos i have a 2080Ti i set mine from 1630 to 1585 dunno what the boostclock from urs is but maybe it needs a bit lower and dont forget to save it and enable that setting when you are gonna play ofcourse
