Could you please share which monitor you play the game on?
Does your setup contain more than 1 monitor and are they all HDR or just a single one?

Your user don't have to battle with this confusion, your messed launcher and soft. Their Windows HDR is perfectly fine, because all others games never had a problem and this * happened with 4.2.0 nothing else.
Battlefront 2 HDR work perfectly.
Battlefield 1 HDR work perfectly. (wich was better and released long ago)
I have more outside of EA and work perfectly.
Patch 4.2.0 broke something. FACT. It broke the HDR of this game
Maybe the last fixs posted work, maybe i will try it if i have the motivation but something is sure : It's EA/Dice fault.
It could be linked to EA app or it could be a conflict with windows HDR but BECAUSE EA messed something with it in this game.
Also i don't understand Rokebo73 what your talking about.
i don't see an update and only an old "post" from 2021 that have nothing to do with BF42
I'm not even using this driver that was released after the broken 4.2.0
Now EA go * yourself until you fixed your game (but will never happen, understood. We, as your customers have to be * a lot more and will have to fix it ourself, yeah, 5/5 EA.)

I just wrote something to steam (bought the game here) with hope they have some power to remember EA their responsability.
I don't know at all, but i'm trying.

Cela fait au moins 2 mois qu'une fonction du jeu est cassé.
Depuis le patch 4.2.0 le mode d'affichage HDR du jeu ne fonctionne plus et EA fait la sourde oreille.
De nombreux utilisateurs ont constaté ce problème et sont abasourdis par l'inaction d'EA. Même pas une réponse de leur part pour confirmer qu'ils ont pris en compte le problème.Je vois que steam à tendance à envoyer les utilisateurs qui ont des problème technique sur leur site pour contacter leur support.
Cependant, étant donné leur silence et refus de prendre en compte le problème depuis au moins 2 mois, Je me demandais si steam pouvait faire pression d'une quelconque manière étant donné que vous hébergez leur produits.
Pouvez vous leur rapeller leurs responsabilités svp?Merci.
